Friend's night~
Warning: Before i continue, this post contains alot of incidents that you will have to have been there to understand....so if you weren't there, you can read it if you like, just some things may elude you.
Prepost: sorry Hartley, i'll leave the politics out of this one, but i promise you next post, i'll give you something you'll laugh about for a good time.
Well. Friends night. Let's see....the overall aim was to..well, invite friends XDDD, quite obviously. And i must say, i was overly impressed with the turnout o.O, in the end i think the count was 64? people? something like that, we didn't get the actual figure. Suffice to say the committee was more than pleased with even the numerical turnout.
Well, how did we start. Skipping the introductions of EVERYBODY, i'll name a few characters who seemed rather interesting/funny. Firstly, Ken's entire bunch of friends. I forget their names, but i'll refer to them as the 'genius crew'. All achieving a TER of over 98 pretty much. (Ken also included). Later we had to seperate them into different groups or the quiz would just be plain unfair =.='
Then there was Caleb, i dont know what to make of him. He's awesome, really nice guy and all. The only thing is that he looks so damn familiar.....i know i've seen him somewhere before. Just cant name when or where. Oh well, good bloke, i think Josh's friend? yeah.
AH! of course, there was the infa- famous Kimberley Chieng. Whom i've seen a total of 3 times in my entire life? God bless her (your) soul Kim. You kept me laughing for a good few days (i'll tell you why later)
Worship prac was awesome, Kim said it herself, everybody was just alive. Although it was the same as the previous weeks, this week there was the....erm how to say...motivation? to do extremely well due to the increased crowd! And we did, it rocked. Special mention to Leon for doing a massively pro solo in One way which earnt the compliments of quite a few people. *applauds* and of course the entire worship team (yes, you too Kenny) for performing admirably.

Well, the first game we played (naturally, it was friend's night XD) was a very interesting one that Wei Wei and i came up with ...the night before XD. (thank you though, Sharon, for the idea last year =\) basically, each group has a plate, with food on it. (Food = Chocolate, Skittles, Kool Fruits, MNM mini's) Good eh? one condition.
You had to eat it with chopsticks.
Oh and did i mention there was also an orange on the plate? HAHAHAHHAHAH!
i'll let the pictures speak for themselves, sorry if they're a bit unclear, i was shaking with laughter xD

Eddy was champ in that game, ate everything on the damn plate XD
For the people with weak stomachs, please refrain from looking at the next shot. It's......not too nice. (i warned you) This is the end product.

Haiz. I loved that game. pity i suck at taking photos. damnit >< We should do that another time. Moving on.....
The next game was the quiz!! Brains all active for this game (which they damn certainly were ><) I was surprised that not one of my questions went unanswered. I thought the cellular organelles would get you, or the transpiration stream...but no, apparently people here are too smart. pft fine =.=
Special mention goes to Amy, who almost killed me. But she's cool, all enthusiasm that night, i guess, pity her group didn't win XD (you run pretty fast though =\). How did she kill me? Well, Wei Kee, William and Collin were running up to deliver the answers to the front. They all arrive, sorta just teetering over my stand, which was quite close mind you.....then Amy comes from behind and....
*BANG SMASH PWNED*
She pushes everybody onto me >.>(thanks guys, for laughing XD) .
Ho well, it was close. Damn close, and i hope you all enjoyed the questions. Collin and Ken...haiz~ maybe next time Collin XD. Special answers. HAHA there were plenty of these.
Me: OK. Which position in soccer, is closest to the goalkeeper?
*groups 1,2,3 hand in the correct answer, 'sweeper'*
*Amy comes with group 4's paper last*
Me: ok nice tr- wait a second. what does that say?
*reads answer*
Me: GOAL POST BAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH
(whoever wrote down that answer, God bless your soul XD)
What else, there was group 4....saying the mother of nursing reform was Mother Teresa...and the branch of mathematics that uses algebra instead of constants was Trigonometry....haiz i love you guys XD.
Then before we knew it, friends night was over.AWWWWW =( it was good though. But wait, good times still to come XD. Everybody moved outside to go eat. (oh man, i'm trying not to laugh now, KIM XDDD) You see there was free cake, and other chips and stuff outside. First thing i see is Kim, happily standing there munching on her cake. She spots me.
Kim: ...What? It's free cake man!
XDD oh man, i almost died that instant. Good work Kim, you absolutely rock. My cuz and i had a good laugh about that later XD and i'm still laughing about it now XDDD Lots of people were there, and the place was a bit crowded, so naturally you get Josh doing his usual thing *coughHITTINGONMENcoughcough* - i'm joki- no, actually i'm not XD (i am ><)
Haiz. Then i made a big mistake. I handed the camera over to Sharon and Evy. damn and i thought Evy was bad. Needless to say....well, see for yourself =.='

But all in all, i actually enjoyed myself alot. I hope that everybody else did too, i generally got positive feedback, and it's something that we'll definitely do again in future!! So watch out for the next friends night ;) Thanks to all for attending!!
